What is the processing time to receive my framed print?

The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items. Once you place an order with us, it usually takes us 5-7 Days to process your order. This includes printing, framing, packaging your unique artwork(s). However, due to Co-Vid we aim to deliver within 30 days.

Do you handle customs and import taxes?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.

Confirmation of Order:

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email your order has been received. As well as an email when your order has been shipped with a Tracking Number.

Domestic Shipping

The Fine Art Print Shop is based in the United States, so once your order is processed, we aim to deliver with 30 days. We offer domestic shipping methods:

+ Standard (14-30 business days): $FREE

+ Rush can be arrange (7-14 business days): $TBD

International Shipping

The Fine Art Print Shop is based in the United States, so our international shipping process is currently 30 business days and costly outside the U.S. Recipients are responsible for paying all carrier-linked international shipping charges, as well as any import duties, customs or fees, as they are not included in the price at checkout. We have no capacity to pre-pay these for you.

Returns & exchanges

Return items back within: 30 days

Because of the nature of the limited edition art work, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns. We offer complimentary returns for damaged work only. If you have a damaged good, we thoroughly apologize, and ask that you send us a message and include your order number and a photo of your damaged artwork. We will process a new order or a refund within 10 business days of receiving your print.

What are your conditions of return if I’m unhappy with the artwork? Can I exchange for a different print?

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If you would like to exchange your fine art print for any reason, please send us a message within 10 Days of your order arriving, including your Order Number and a link to the new artwork you would like.  We will then send you the exchange print and a payment request for domestic ($TBD) or international (variable) shipping charges.


Care Instructions for acrylic glass:

Acrylic has three qualities that make it an excellent substitute for glass in picture framing. It is shatterproof, lightweight and an excellent thermal insulator. Acrylic does require some special care and handling. Listed below are suggestions for cleaning and caring for acrylic.

Cleaning:

  • Never use glass cleaners that contain ammonia.

  • Never use paper towels to clean acrylic they may scratch the surface.

  • Plastic cleaners such as Brillianize Acrylic Cleaner & Polish are safe and help reduce static charge.

  • Use a soft cloth, such as a Microfiber Smooth Towel to clean
    the surface

Reducing Static Charge:

Before removing the protective cover, dampen a soft cloth with water and wipe down all the edges. After removing the protective cover, you can use an acrylic cleaner such as Brillianize Acrylic Cleaner & Polish applied to both sides of the acrylic to reduce static electricity.
